Mobile Field Service: Enhancement to Prevent Debrief Material Lines from Processing When Task is Cancelled on the Handheld

Request for a profile option that allows users to not process Debrief Material lines and not create Charges when a Task is cancelled on the handheld.
Users should still be able to process Debrief Labor/Expense lines and create Charges for them.
Essentially, no cancelled material debrief lines should cause a decrement to the Inventory or customer should get an invoice.
Currently when there are Debrief Material lines on a Task and the Task is cancelled, there is a pop up message:
"Task has debrief records. Do you want to Cancel/Reject the task?".
In that case, material debrief lines and charges are created and inventory is updated.
Thus, inventory is decremented, and managers do not have a way of knowing this since the customer is not invoiced and the status says 'Cancelled'.
- Existing debrief travel, labor, and expense lines should stay posted and create charges.
- Material Install and Material Return lines should get removed and thus not decrement inventory or create a charge line.
- Yet to be uploaded debrief travel, labor, and expense lines should be posted and create charges.
Essentially, travel, labor, and expense lines should be created when cancelling so we can account for those times.
We do NOT want to have material install or material return lines decrement inventory when a task is cancelled.
