JBO-27122 encountered while selecting the Operating Unit LOV in Purchasing Options (Doc ID 2093397.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to select the required Operating unit in the Purchasing Options ,
the following error occurs

ERROR
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact system administrator.

When clicked the exception details we can see the details of the exception message.

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.SQLStmtException: JBO-27122: SQL error during statement preparation.
Statement: SELECT PoSystemParameterEO.ACCRUED_CODE_COMBINATION_ID, PoSystemParameterEO.ORG_ID, PoSystemParameterEO.PRICE_CHANGE_ALLOWANCE,

 

STEPS TO REPLICATE

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Purchasing Responsibility
  2. Click on Setup-->Organizations-->Purchasing Options
  3. Select the required Operating Unit and click on Go
