[Romanian Localization] PERWSHRG: Issues in Employee Form in RO Localization. (Doc ID 2093458.1)

Last updated on JULY 26, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle HRMS (Romania) - Version 12.2.4 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Person / Assignment Issues, 12.2 RUP6

a)When searching for an employee after creation it results in
following error messages.

ID Resident for the flexfield segment Residence does not exist in the
valueset PER_RO_RESIDENCE
ID Resident for the flexfield segment Romanian does not exist in the
valueset
PER_RO_CITIZENSHIP
ID Resident for the flexfield segment Alba does not exist in the valueset
PER_RO_HEALTH_UNIT.

b)The region of birth and locality of birth could not be entered.
This happens only on Romanian version of forms. In english, the both
fields
are LOV and could be entered.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

a. Create an employee in Romanian localization. Try to re-query the employee.
b. New Romanian employee (RO):
1. Create a new person, type employee. Will complete Country of Birth with Rusia (from value list) and in Locality of birth has been introduced Moscova (free text)
2. Save it. (no error)
3. If I search for just inserted person, we found that locality of birth is empty. We also checked the table (PER_ALL_PEPLE_F) and column is empty.
