Task Audit Details Do Not Show Status Updates Made By Mobile Users

On : 12.1.3 MFS Laptop
After updating the Task status in MFS Laptop, the Task Audit tab ( In Service Request form > task tab > More button) does not have the Task Audit information
Expect to see the Task Audit info information for updates that were made to the Task status in MFS Laptop
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Update Task Status in MFS Laptop
2. Sync to Enterprise
3. Click on More Button on SR form Task tab, check the Audit info
