Autoinvoice Import Program Finished With Error 'no_data_found: l_country_code' (Doc ID 2093596.1)

On Oracle E-Business Suite, 12.1.3 version, during tax calculation.
Running the Autoinvoice Import Program terminates in the following error.

ERROR: from eBusiness Tax - return code = 2 Current system time is 02-JAN-2016 10:03:00
Please review the plsql debug log for additional details. Current system time is 02-JAN-2016 10:03:00
Error calling raaebt()
Error calling raapic()

Debug Log shows the following error:


B: SEL hz_geo_name_ref: in: p_location_id=715675, p_geography_type=COUNTRY, x_location_table_name=HR_LOCATIONS_ALL
S: SEL hz_geo_name_ref: no_data_found: x_location_table_name=HR_LOCATIONS_ALL B: x_geography_id=, p_geography_type=COUNTRY, p_location_id=xxxxx, p_geography_type=COUNTRY
B: SEL hz_geographies: in: l_country_code=
E: SEL hz_geographies: no_data_found: l_country_code= for location xxxxx  and table HR_LOCATIONS_ALL
Incorrect return_status after calling ZX_TCM_CONTROL_PKG.get_location_country

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Receivables Manager
2. Navigation: Run Autoinvoice Import Program
3. Review the output > Notice the error
