PunchOut Ends with Error After Returning From Supplier Website

On : 12.1.3 version, Functional Setup
When attempting to do punchout in OfficeMax website,
the following error occurs.
You cannot use your browser's navigation buttons here. To change item(s) in your shopping cart, please delete the item(s) and punchout to this supplier site again.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Kass iprocurement responsibility-
2. Click OfficeMax Hyperlink under Store and input searching item name”Milo” in OfficeMax website. And then Add purchase item into Shopping cart.
3. When click Return Cart button for check out, got the following error message.
