PunchOut Ends with Error After Returning From Supplier Website (Doc ID 2093631.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Functional Setup

When attempting to do punchout for one website, the following error occurs:

ERROR

You cannot use your browser's navigation buttons here. To change item(s) in your shopping cart, please delete the item(s) and punchout to this supplier site again.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. iProcurement responsibility
2. Click the website hyperlink under Store and input a searching item name. And then Add purchase item into Shopping cart.
3. When click Return Cart button for check out, got the following error message.
