No Move Order Pick Slip Created for OPM Batch Picking Despite Leaving the Print Pick Slip Field Checked (Doc ID 2093891.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Pick Release

When running Component Pick Release for an OPM batch from the Ingredient Picking form (GMEINPSM), no pick slip is printed in spite of the fact that the Print Pick Slips box is checked. The move order is created and allocated successfully as expected.
If you navigate to the Transact Move Order form and query the move order, you can click on Tools > Print Pick Slip and successfully print the pick slip.

Expect the pick slip to be printed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Ingredient Picking form (GMEINPSM)
2. Make sure the Print Pick Slips box is check
3. Click Pick Material
4. The move order is created and allocated but no pick slip is created.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, no pick list is generated. So, there is no document for the warehouse to select the needed materials. This results in a slow down in manufacturing as the needed components are not available.
