Foreign And Punctuation Characters Are Not Retained When Creating A Clause

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After creating a clause and applying it, the Spanish words with accent characters change. Here are some examples.
The word revisión changes to revisión
The word información changes to información
The word dìa changes to día
The word añade changes to añade
This is also known to happen for French characters.
This can also happen with single quotes. The apostrophe is being shown as "&rsquo:".
This can also happen with quotation marks. Quotation Marks (") are being shown as """.
This can also happen with the section sign or "double S" character. This can be shown as "§".
Expect the foreign language words to be maintained as typed.
Expect quotation marks and other special characters to be shown correctly.
