Symptoms

On : Production 12.1.1 version RUP 1, Absence recording, maintenance

When attempting to record vacation for specific employee, the following error occurs.

FRM-40735 ON-INSERT Triggered Raised Unhandled Exceptions ora-01422


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Global HRMS Manager Responsibility
2. FastPath
3. Absences
4. Located Employee
5. Enter Absence details
6. Attempt to save absence
6. Error triggered
