OPM Mobile Issue Ingredient Page Does Not Save Transactions Correctly, Created for Double or Triple the Entered Quantity

On : 12.2.4 version, OPM Mobile

On Issue Ingredient page, retrieve a WIP batch that has a lot controlled item that is dual UOM.
Let Use Rsrv field default to N.
Fill out other fields down to Lot, then press Enter to get to LotQty and enter a qty.
Press Down Arrow or Enter to get to SecLotQty. The Act Qty field is updated by adding the new qty you had entered in LotQty.
Press Down Arrow or Enter to move past SecLotQty. The new qty you had entered in LotQty is AGAIN added to the Act Qty field.
Click Done.
  For customer, nothing happens, the transaction is not saved.
  In my testing here, a transaction is created for TWICE the qty you had entered in the LotQty field.

Expect transaction to be created, and for the qty entered on the mobile page.
