When attempting to approve an AGIS Inbound Transaction, the following error occurs.

Steps To Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create an Outbound Transaction
  Navigate to Transaction > Outbound (B)Create

2. Approve an Inbound Transaction
  Navigate to Transaction > Inbound (B)Update Transaction

3. Click on Approve button

4. The error occurs
