"No Method With Signature" Error While Searching For RFQ Using Requisition Number In Advanced Search (Doc ID 2094887.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Sourcing, Release 12.1.3, when attempting to search for the negotiation with Requisition Number, the following error occurs.

No method with signature - No method with signature - initQuery(class java.lang.String, class java.lang.String, class java.lang.String, class java.lang.String, class java.lang.String, class java.lang.String, class java.lang.String, class java.lang.String, class java.lang.String, class java.lang.String, class java.lang.String)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sourcing Super User
2. Sourcing Home page> Advanced Search
3. Enter Requisition Number and click 'Go'
4. Received the above error
