On : 12.2.4 version, APIs & Interfaces



While using the API cs_servicerequest_pub.Create_ServiceRequest to migrate service request in 12.2.4 instance getting the following error

" API Programming Error (CS_ServiceRequest_PVT.Create_ServiceRequest): The value "" for parameter business_process_id is invalid "




STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use API cs_servicerequest_pub.Create_ServiceRequest
