Unable To Trigger Custom Menu In INVIDITM Using CUSTOM.pll And EVENT_NAME SPECIAL15 (Doc ID 2094895.1)

After RPC3 Patching, the Custom menu "Generate Item Seq" in Master Item(INVIDITM, version:120.139.12010000.117) was grayed out.

INVIDITM.fmb 120.139.12010000.117
Tools > Generate Item Sequence (was grayed out)

The customization is done through CUSTOM.pll file.
