Interface Trip Stop Errors With Error In Handle_Nonbulk_Mode ORA-01403: No Data Found

On : 12.1.3 version, Interface Trip Stop

When attempting to run Interface Trip Stop (ITS), it completes with a warning.

The log file shows the following:
