"Error 31 - Unopened Secondary Ledger Period" when Posting a Journal in Primary Ledger (Doc ID 2094910.1)

Symptoms

Period is opened in both Primary and Secondary Ledger. Primary and Secondary sharing the same Calendar. But when attempting to post a Journal Batch in Primary Ledger the following error occurs on the form.

ERROR
Error 31 - Unopened secondary ledger period

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log into General Ledger
2. Navigate to Journals > Enter
3. Review the journal and select 'Post' > See the error on the form
