Wrong Contact Points Displayed For Customer Contact In Service Request Form

On : 12.2.4 version, Service Request Form

In the Create Service Request form > Contacts / Addresses tab > for a contact point additional/incorrect phone numbers are being retrieved.

The Contact Numbers LOV should display the correct phone numbers

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In the Create Service Request form, for an existing SR, go to Contacts / Addresses tab
2. Add a new person contact and try to select the contact point value (phone)
3. The Contact Numbers LOV retrieve additional/incorrect phone numbers that don't belong to that contact
