Not Able To Add Installed Date Column In Contact Center Install Base tab (Doc ID 2095089.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Contact Center

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Contact Center form > Install Base tab > it is not possible to add column "Install Date"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In 11i it was possible to add column "Install Date" to the spreadtable in Contact Center > Install Base tab

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Contact Center and query a customer
2. Select Install Base tab
3. There is no option to add "Install Date"
