Date Back-off When Releasing Discrete Jobs Having Non-24 hr Resource

Symptoms
Have assigned three shift times as follows to Workday Calendar.
BOM(N)Setup > Calendars - Workday Calendar > Shifts
| Shift 1 | 07:30 - 12:00 | 12:30 - 15:00 |
| Shift 2 | 15:01 - 20:00 | 20:30 - 23:01 |
| Shift 3 | 23:15 - 00:00 | 00:00 - 06:45 |
But when saving or releasing discrete Jobs having Non-24 hr Resource with followings Completion Date on Discrete Jobs Form, then the entered Completion Date back off as follows:
[Before Saving]
Start Date : Null
Completion Date : 06-JAN-2016 00:00:00
[After Saving]
Start Date : 05-JAN-2016 22:56:00
Completion Date : 05-JAN-2016 23:00:01
Why is the entered Completion Date automatically changed from term of Shift 3?
