Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 version, Service Request Form
When attempting to search Installed Base from the Service Request form,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
Error ORA-010001: invalid cursor
Error ORA-01403: no data found
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Create Service Request form and click the "Search Item Instance" icon
2. In the "Search installed Based" form, perform a search
3. The reported error occurs
