Why Does Actual Costing Calculate the Cost of One of Our Products as Zero? (Doc ID 2095930.1)

Last updated on MARCH 08, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Process Manufacturing Financials - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

In a batch that spans multiple periods, and has more than one product, Actual Costing is giving zero cost for one of the products. The Cost Allocation factor for this product is currently greater than zero, although it was zero at one point in time.

The Batch Cost Details report does not show this product at all in the Batch Requirements section.

This product line is also not in the gmf_batch_requirements table for this batch.
