Symptoms

Using Internet Explorer:

(R) iSupport Administrator
 - Query a user
 - Click on Responsibilities button
 - The Flashlight to select a new responsibility does not work.
   Users cannot select Responsibilities.


What is Working:

The Flashlight works fine with other browsers and in other modules.
