Transfer API

Symptoms

When using the Transfer API FA_TRANSFER_PUB.do_transfer, the following error occurs:

TRANSFER failed!

Error: ORA-01403: no data found ORA-0000: normal, successful completion
Error: function FA_DISTRIBUTION_PVT.units_in_sync returned failure
User-Defined Exception
Error: function FA_DISTRIBUTION_PVT.do_distribution returned failure
Error: function FA_TRANSFER_PUB.do_transfer returned failure
Error: function FA_TRANSFER_PUB.do_transfer returned failure ORA-0000: normal, successful completion
FAILURE
