External Candidates Cannot Complete Application Process (Doc ID 2096349.1)

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP8 version, Candidate Self Service

When attempting to apply for a job, the following error occurs.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. iRecruitment External Candidate responsibility
  2. Find the Job to apply for
  3. Click Apply Now
  4. My account opens, change a few things
  5. Upper Left hand corner, displays multiples drop downs of STEPS
  6. Click on the first Step 1 of 6, then hit next takes me another section, and we enter more information
  7. The buttons now show as, click Step 2 of 6 hit next
  8. Get Error
