External Candidates Cannot Complete Application Process

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP8 version, Candidate Self Service
When attempting to apply for a job, the following error occurs.
Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- iRecruitment External Candidate responsibility
- Find the Job to apply for
- Click Apply Now
- My account opens, change a few things
- Upper Left hand corner, displays multiples drop downs of STEPS
- Click on the first Step 1 of 6, then hit next takes me another section, and we enter more information
- The buttons now show as, click Step 2 of 6 hit next
- Get Error
