Delivery Detail Line Stuck at Status "Not Ready to Release". (Doc ID 2096384.1)

On a particular sales order, even though the main sales order lines show a status of "Awaiting Shipping", the associated detail lines show a status of "Not Ready to Release" and next step is "Progress Order to Awaiting Shipping".

The expectation is for the detail line to progress to a status of "Ready to Release" so that the sales order can be pick released.
