Symptoms

Problem Statement
When attempting to approve an Internal Requisition, the following error occurs.

Error
  FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference item PO_HEADERS.AUTHORIZATION_STATUS

Steps to Reproduce

    Responsibility : Purchasing Super User > Requisitions > Requisitions
  1. Create an Internal Requisition
  2. Approve the IR, the above error occurs
