Symptoms
Costing process is creating duplicate costing lines for an element. It is costing both Pay Value and another input value (e.g. Amount) for the element.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Payroll
2. Run Costing
3. Run Costing Report and see Amount is costed as well as Pay Value
