Incorrect MLS Item Description Seen in Create Offers, Product Number LOV (Doc ID 2097085.1)

In 12.1.3, 

When selecting an Item to add to an Offer, the item description that is seen in the LOV comes from mtl_system_items_b for the Master Org. However, language translations are stored in mtl_system_items_tl. In addition, the language description that we see in the Item forms is the correct one, from mtl_system_items_tl, and users have no way of correcting the description in mtl_system_items_b.

Would expect to see the correct, translated description in the Product LOV in the Offers form. In other words, would expect to see the description from the TL table, based on the language of login, from the Master Org.

Steps To Reproduce
Navigate > Oracle Trade Management User responsibility > Trade Management > Trade Management > Trade Planning > Create Offer > Offer Details
