Symptoms
When uploading an XSL stylesheet with a user who has ADMIN privileges and it is returning an error stating that you don't have enough authorization to perform the action:
Insufficient Priviledges to Upload Xsl
This works for DBA.ADMIN only but no other accounts with the ADMIN role are working.
