LPN Consolidate Does Not Allow The Entering Of A New LPN

You are performing LPN transactions (LPN Transactions > Consolidate) and find you're unable to enter a new LPN for the Parent LPN field. It is possible to generate a new LPN (CTRL+G) for that field.
The requirement is to enter a new LPN and not use system generated LPNs.
