R12 Unable to Run Singaporean Input Taxes Gain/Loss Report Due to Error APP-FND-01564

You are attempting to run Singaporean Input Taxes Gain/Loss Report and receive the following error:
APP-FND-01564: ORACLE error 942 in FDFGVD
Cause: FDFGVD failed due to ORA-00942: table or view does not exist.
The SQL statement being executed at the time of the error was: SELECT GSOB.SET_OF_BOOKS_ID,GSOB.CURRENCY_CODE VALUE, GSOB.NAME DESCRIPTION, NVL('N', 'N'), NVL(TO_NUMBER(NULL), -1), NULL, NVL('Y', 'Y'), NVL(TO_CHAR(TO_DATE(NULL), 'J'), 0), NVL(TO_CHAR(TO_DATE(NULL), 'J'), 0), GSOB.NAME FROM GL_SETS_OF_BOOKS GSOB WHERE ( GSOB.SET_OF_BOOKS_ID IN (SELECT GSOB2.SET_OF_BOOKS_ID SOB_ID FROM GL_SETS_OF_BOOKS GSOB2 WHERE GSOB2.SET_OF_BOOKS_ID = :b1 UNION (SELECT GMRO.REPORTING_SET_OF_BOOKS_ID SOB_ID FROM GL_MC_REPORTING_OPTIONS GMRO WHERE PRIMARY_SET_OF_BOOKS_ID = :b2 AND ENABLED_FLAG = 'Y' AND APPLICATION_ID = 200))) AND GSOB.CURRENCY_CODE = :X and was executed from the file &ERRFILE.

1. Login to Asia Pacific Localization Application responsibility
2. Request : Run
3. Submit Singaporean Input Taxes Gain/Loss Report
