Symptoms

On : 12.1 HRMS RUP5 version, Appraisals

When attempting to create appraisals by running the mass appraisal creation program, no appraisals are created and
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-20001: PER_52455_APR_INVALID_APR_DATE
ORA-20001: PER_52453_APR_INVALID_APR_DATE

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run the Mass Appraisal Creation Program
2. Check the log

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, appraisals cannot be created for a plan in Production.
