Enter Mileage Expense and receive Error There is No Rate for the Information Entered (Doc ID 2097872.1)

Background
-----------------

A USA Company aquired a Facility in Canada. Note, there are No other Canadian facilities.
The Canadian Facility has Canadian employees. These Canadian employees travel and incur expenses.
These expenses are in CAD currency and USD currency. Most of these expense are in USD currency.
The Canadian employees need to enter their expense reports and be reimbursed in Canadian (CAD) currency.

The USA Company uses the Oracle iExpense Application to allow USA employees to enter their expense reports.
In the iExpense Application, there is one USA Operating Unit and one iExpense responsibility attached to the USA Operating Unit and USA Ledger.
The USA Company would like to have the new Canadian employees enter there expense reports using the existing Oracle iExpense Application and existing setup.

In Oracle HRMS, the new Canadian employee would be assigned to an Operating Unit in the USA and
the new Canadian employee would use a USA 'Default Expense Account' that is attached to the USA Set of Books.


setup a Mileage Schedule Name = Mileage Mar-13 Canada, Start Date = 01-mar-2013
- Mileage Rates
Fuel Type = All Other, Currency = Canadian Dollar, Mileage Rate = 0.46
Fuel Type = Liquid Gas Petroleum, Currency = Canadian Dollar, Mileage Rate = 0.46

The Mileage Schedule Name = Mileage Mar-13 Canada, is assigned to the Expense Type = MILEAGE CANADA

in the iExpense Applcation, user enters an expense line

Expense Type = MILEAGE CANADA
Start Date = 09-nov-2015
Trip Distance = 100 Kilometers
Fuel Type = Liquid Gas Petroleum
