When attempting to create a non catalog requisition, the following error occurs.

oracle.adf.mds.MetadataDefException: Unable to find component with absolute reference = /oracle/apps/icx/por/req/webui/CheckoutSummaryPG, XML Path = {1}. Please verify that the reference is valid and the definition of the component exists either on the File System or in the MDS Repository.

1. Go to iProcurement responsibility
2. Create a non catalog request
3. Add to cart
4. Checkout
5. See the error.
