When attempting to debrief a task an error occurs when submitting the debrief posting program.
Service Billing Engine calling cs_charge_details_pub.Create_Charge_Details API ended with an error. (API_NAME=CS_Service_Billing_Engine_PVT: Create_Charges).
API Error (CS_CHARGE_DETAILS_PVT.Create_Charge_Details): &TEXT.
An error occurred while getting pricing information for inventory item ID: 1, price list ID: xxxxx, unit of measure: EA, and currency code: .
1. Login to Oracle Apps.
2. R) Field Service Manager -> Create Service Request and Task
3. Assign the Task to a Field service technician and click on 'Debrief' button to enter the debrief details.
4. Add a material debrief line and save and post the Debrief.
5. The Debrief posting program fails to completes with the above mentioned error.
