On : 11.5.10.2 version, Depot Setup

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to get the list of Service Request Owner, the List Of Values ( LOV) is empty.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Service Request Owner LOV should not be empty.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Repair Order Workbench
2. Go to Owner field
3. Result list is empty.
