When attempting to add default expense account for an employee the following error occurs.

FRM-40738 : Argument 1 to builitin FIND_TABPAGE Cannot be null

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. (N) People -> Enter and maintain
2. Search Employee
3. Assignments
4. Purchase Order Information
