Change to "Service Provider and Costs" Changes the Shipment Distance to Zero (Doc ID 2098551.1)

OTM zeroes out shipment distance when user changes servprov and cost.

The issue is experienced when the following is completed:

A. Edit a Shipment then Click Actions> Edit service Provider and Cost
B. The List of Service providers is Returned
C. The Service Provider needed is not within the List, so proceed to manually change the Service Provider/Cost
D. Then click on the Shipment -- scroll to the section for Shipment Stops and see that there is a value for Distance from Previous Stop 
E. Then proceed to complete Actions Change Shipment Details>Change Stop Time and Save
F. What is Noticed is that the Distance value from Previous Stop for stop  is now at 0
