E-Business Suite 12.2, Patch Application Issues

Application of R12.AD.C.Delta.7 patch fails on a 12.2.3 instance.

While applying AD Delta7 patch using the following command, it fails on a worker during FNDLOAD:

adop phase=apply patchtop=/trnsoft/delta7 patches=20745242,21841288 merge=yes wait_on_failed_job=yes prompt=yes workers=12
