R12.AD.C.Delta.7 Patch Fails With Error 'FAILED: file auappsprods.ldt on worker 1 for product au username APPS' and Logfile Shows 'ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows' (Doc ID 2098556.1)

E-Business Suite 12.2, Patch Application Issues

Application of R12.AD.C.Delta.7 patch fails on a 12.2.3 instance.

While applying AD Delta7 patch using the following command, it fails on a worker during FNDLOAD:

adop phase=apply patchtop=<PATCH_TOP> patches=20745242,21841288 merge=yes wait_on_failed_job=yes prompt=yes workers=12
