Full Load Data For Order Management Cannot Be Completed (Doc ID 2098843.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3.1 version, Endeca Integration (v5 and lower)

When attempting to complete load in order management with endeca, the following error occurs.

Verified the issue in the log file as noted below:

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: NULL index table key value; ORA-06512: at "APPS.OE_ENDECA_UTILS", line 587

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Responsibility: Order Management / Endeca
2. Navigate: Run Order Management/Endeca Extensions Full Load / ONT Data graph > run ont/graph/FullLoadConfig.grf
3. Receive error
