Symptoms
When in the Transact Move Orders form INVTOTRX.fmb at the Find Move Order Lines window find that when entering the Project it does not find anything and have to use the Project list of values (LOV) to select the Project.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect that you should be able to enter a valid Project and it would be accepted.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Inventory
2. Navigation: Move Orders -> Transact Move Orders
3. Enter Project
