Goal

When Bi Publisher remittance advice program tries to print an umlaut character it prints rubbish instead. Example: trying to print Zürich. The UTF8 is used

What could be causing umlaut characters to not be displayed correctly in the remittance advice email, but are displayed correctly in the printed remittance advice pdf?
