On : 12.2.3 version, Workflow Administration

Some users cannot switch using the proxy access functionality due to the following error

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.
Error message USER1 receives when switching to USER2 to access proxies.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as USER1
2. Click on Switch icon
