When an attachment is added to a service request from iSupport, the Log and Notes is not getting updated (Doc ID 2098923.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Service Request Form

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When an attachment is added to a service request through iSupport, in the Log and Notes the action is not registered.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Log and Notes should display that the attachment was added

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iSupport and add an attachment to a service request.
2. Go to Service Request form and query the updated SR.
3. In the Service Request form the attachment icon is correctly showing an attachment but in the Log and Notes there is no record that the attachment was added to the service request.
