When an attachment is added to an SR form iSupport, the SR Log and Notes is not getting updated

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Service Request Form

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When an attachment is added to an SR through iSupport, in the Service Request form Log and Notes the action is not registered.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Log and Notes should show that the attachment was added as this was the behavior in 11.5.10

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to iSupport and add an attachment to an SR.
2. Go to Service Request form and query the updated SR
3. In the Service Request form the attachment icon is correctly showing an attachment but in the Log and Notes there is no record that the attachment was added to the SR,
