WIP Operation Is NOT Disabled After Update Assembly Transaction (Doc ID 2098975.1)

Last updated on MARCH 08, 2017

Applies to:

Oracle Shop Floor Management - Version 12.2.4 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, WIP LOT TRANSACTIONS

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In 11.5.10.2, After every Update assembly transaction, operation sequence is current assembly item is disabled on the job. However, In R12.2.4, operation sequence is not disabled. This is creating incorrect Costed_Quantity_Relieved calculations.

As per the SR# 3-10039477761, whenever we perform Update Assembly transaction, we have to process a transaction on the current operation from 'Queue' state to 'To Move' state if there is any material or resource transaction on the job. This is the reason we are facing this issue.

Expected Behavior

Expect that transactions behavior is the same for both versions of the application
