Transaction For New Resource Not Committed In Debrief Work Order Page (Doc ID 2099748.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When trying to perform a resource transaction using “Debrief Work Order”, it does not commit the transaction, but returns the same screen after clicking either “Apply” or “Save” button.
Transaction gets committed successfully if resource requirement is previously created via “Update Work Order" page.
Note that "Charge Time" can be done for a "non-previously added resource" with no issues.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The system should return to work order summary page with confirmation message “Resource Transaction has been successfully completed”.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Maintenance Super User
2. Click on “Work Orders” tab
3. Create Work Order
4. Asset Number [select] {Asset Number}
5. Enter Department {Department with resource}
6. Release the work order
7. View created Work Order
8. Click on icon “Debrief Work Order” for the noted Work Order Number
9. Expand node “Resource Reporting”
10. Select resource to be transacted
11. Enter quantity {resource quantity}
12. Click “Apply”
13. Same page appears, without commit message in the top.
