Symptoms

On : 12.2.4 version, Contact Center

When attempting to perform a search in Contact Center, the following error is seen

APP-JTF-210604: Program error: Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:

jtf_grid.populate package reports error:

An unexpected error occured in jtf_grid.populate

grid: <CUSTOMER_RESULTS.LIST>
datasource: <CSC_SEARCH_RESULTS>

Click OK

The error stack is (first 1000 bytes)

ORA-1790: expression must have the same datatype as
corresponding expression
ORA-06512 at "APPS.JTF_GRIDDB", line 837
ORA-06512 at "APPS.JTF_GRIDDB", line 878
