Reservation Remains for Closed Line After Partial Shipped (Doc ID 2100063.1)

Symptoms

After Line was split by partial shipped, the reservation record remained in the MTL_RESERVATIONS table for the CLOSED line.

* The Staging sub inventory is set to non-reservable.

Expected Behavior
Remove reservations upon shipment.

Steps
1.Create Order
Quantity:3

2.Manual Reservation
Quantity:1

3.Pick Release
Prior Reservations Only:Checked
Autocreate Delivery:No
Auto Pick Confirm:No

4.Manual Reservation
Quantity:1

5.Pick Release
Prior Reservations Only:Checked
Autocreate Delivery:No
Auto Pick Confirm:No

6.Manual Reservation
Quantity:1

Delivery status is below:

3640064 Released to Warehouse XXXXX
3640065 Released to Warehouse YYYYY

7.Transaction Move Order
Check Move Order Number:XXXXX & YYYYY line and press 'Transact' button.

Then the issue occur. The Reservation for Line: 5343938 (Quantity:1)
remained in MTL_RESERVATIONS table.

=> The DEMAND_SOURCE_LINE_ID and LINE_NUM should be updated as 5343961 and 1.2.
