Failure Of Server APACHE Bridge No Backend Server Available For Connection

On : 12.2.3 version In Maintenance Super User  >Stores the Locator Field is giving following error when returning the material to inventory :

Failure of server APACHE bridge No backend server available for connection: timed out after 10 seconds or idempotent set to OFF

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Maintenance Superuser > Stores > Return Material to Inventory

2. Click on LOV for Locator field - after a while, the above error displays.
