OEXOEORD: Error: Line Cannot Be Added to Ship Set 1 Because Warehouse Does Not Match with the Set

When attempting to add an outbound line to an order with already an existing RETURN line the following error occurs.

Line cannot be added to the ship set 1 because warehouse does not match with the set.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Log into Order Management Responsibility
2.Navigate to Sales orders, Returns > Sales Order
3.Open the sales order form and enter order header information with order type of category MIXED
4.In others tab enter value for the field 'Line set'  as 'SHIP'
5.Enters first order line (inbound) as RMA line, save it, there is no ship set defaulted on the line since it is return line , the Warehouse on the Line is defaulted
6.Try to add another (outbound) line which is shippable line and tab out, the error appears
